the license shall be $60, and shall be payable to the clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as herein
provided.

(g) (1) IN DORCHESTER COUNTY, A CLASS B (ON AND OFF-SALE)
BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE:

(I)   SHALL ONLY BE ISSUED TO RESTAURANTS;

(II)   SHALL BE ISSUED WITHOUT SEATING CAPACITY
RESTRICTIONS; AND

(III)  THE ANNUAL FEE IS $200.

(2) A HOLDER SHALL PURCHASE ALL OF THE WINE SOLD
UNDER THIS LICENSE FROM THE DORCHESTER COUNTY LIQUOR CONTROL
BOARD DISPENSARIES.

(R) This section shall not apply to Allegany, Charles,
[Dorchester,] Garrett, and Talbot counties, in all of which
jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.

In Dorchester County, notwithstanding any other provisions
of this subtitle, the hours for sale for alcoholic beverages
shall be as follows:

(2) (i) For the holders of a Class B (on-sale) beer
license AND A CLASS B (ON AND OFF-SALE) BEER AND LIGHT WINE
LICENSE sales are permitted Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m.
to 1 a.m. the following day.

(ii) Sales are prohibited on Sunday after 1
a.m.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

fees to the Frederick County Law Library; and providing for
the use of the funds.
