3-102.

(b) The boundaries of the metropolitan district are altered
by the addition thereto of the two (2) following described areas,
which said areas shall hereafter become integral portions of the
metropolitan district subject to all the provisions of this
[subtitle] TITLE with respect to said district. The areas added
hereby to the district are described as follows:

(1)  Beginning at a point where the centerline of
Little Paint Branch intersects the original centerline of the
Colesville-Beltsville Road, also known as the Odell Road, and
running thence southerly about 2.6 miles along the centerline of
Little Paint Branch to its intersection with the dividing line
between Election District No. 1 (Vansville) and Election District
No. 21 (Berwyn); thence northwesterly about 1.7 miles along the
aforesaid dividing line to its intersection with the
Montgomery-Prince George's County line; thence northeasterly
about 2.2 miles along the aforesaid county line to its
intersection with the original centerline of the
Colesville-Beltsville Road, also known as the Odell Road; thence
easterly and southeasterly about 1.0 mile along the aforesaid
line to its intersection with the centerline of Little Paint
Branch, said intersection being the point of beginning.

(d) The following described areas within Prince George's
County are hereby added to and included within the metropolitan
district:

(2)  All of Election District No. 12 (Oxon Hill) lying
southeast of the existing Maryland-Washington Metropolitan
District boundary line, excepting that portion of Oxon Hill
Election District included in the following described area:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Allentown Road
with the present centerline of the Temple Hills Road; thence
generally northerly about 0.6 mile along the aforesaid centerline
to its intersection with the present centerline of the Brinkley
Road; thence westerly about 0.8 mile along the aforesaid
centerline to its intersection with the present centerline of the
right-of-way for the Potomac Electric Power Company transmission
line (approximately 800 feet east of Henson Creek) thence
generally southwesterly about 2.0 miles along the aforesaid
centerline to its intersection with the boundary line of Oxon
Hill Election District thence generally northeasterly about 2.0
miles along the aforesaid boundary line to the place of
beginning.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of the
Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District Act, no metropolitan
district tax money collected in Prince George's County as a
result of any area being" included within the boundaries of the
Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District shall be expended for
the maintenance, improvement, acquisition or purchase of any park
site or recreational area beyond and without the boundaries of
the said Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District.
