(c)  A person may not deliver any prescription for a
barbiturate unless the pharmacist who fills the prescription
files and keeps it as required by this subtitle.

(d)  A person may not fail to keep records as required by §
4-1106 of this subtitle.

(e)  A person may not refuse to give the Department full
opportunity to check any record or file, as required by §
4-1106(e) of this subtitle.

(f)  A person may not use to personal advantage or reveal,
except to the Department or to a court in a judicial proceeding
under Part II of this subtitle, any information that:

(1)  Is obtained under authority of § 4-1106(e) of
this subtitle; and

(2)  Concerns methods or processes that are entitled
to protection as trade secrets.]

A person who violates any provision of § 4-1107 of this
title is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to a
fine not exceeding $2,500 or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years
or both.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

CHAPTER 210

(House Bill 622)

AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Discounts and Penalties Interest

for Taxes

FOR the purpose of altering the provisions of law regarding the
penalty interest and discount rate for payment of county
taxes in Allegany County; providing that for county tax
purposes, Allegany County may allow such discounts for
payments of taxes made prior to a certain date and fix such
penalties interest for payments of taxes made after a
certain date, as the Board of County Commissioners
determines by ordinance or resolution.
