(d) Each of the following inorganic substances, any
compound, mixture, derivative, ester, ether, or salt of the
following inorganic substances is a controlled poison:

(1)  Arsenic, metallic or elemental.

(2)  Biniodide of mercury.

(3)  Chromic acid.

(4)  Corrosive sublimate.

(5)  Hydrocyanic acid.

(6)  Mineral acids.

(7)  Nitrate of mercury.

(8)  Oxalic acid.

(9)  Phosphorus.

(10)  Red precipitate.

(11)   Salts of antimony.

(12)   Salts of barium, except barium sulphate.

(13)   Salts of chromium.

(14)   Salts of cobalt.

(15)   Salts of lead.

(16)   Salts of thallium.

(17)  Salts of zinc.

(18)  Silver nitrate.

(19)  White precipitate.]

(a) If the Board finds that it is necessary for the
protection of the public, the Board shall add to the Schedule of
Controlled Poisons any poison that is as toxic in its effect as
any of the controlled poisons.
