must make application to the County Plumbing Board for a special
county license entitling him to make such installations. Said
application must be accompanied by a [fee of ten dollars
($10.00)] FEE, and a performance bond [in the amount of two
thousand dollars ($2,00.00)], conditioned upon the said
applicant's proper installation of said pumps, drinking cups and
cold water pressure tanks, said bond to be in such form as shall
be prescribed by the County Plumbing Board. Said license shall
be issued for a period of one (1) year, but may be refused or
revoked by said County Plumbing Board in the event it is shown
that said licensee is either unable or unwilling to properly
perform his work and/or it becomes necessary to take action upon
his bond filed as aforesaid.
10-201.
(A) The County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County and the
Queen Anne's County Plumbing Board are authorized and empowered
to pass such rules [and], regulations, AND RESOLUTIONS from time
to time as shall be required and deemed necessary to carry into
effect the intent and provisions of this [subtitle] TITLE.
(B) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY ESTABLISH OR CHANGE THE
AMOUNT CHARGED FOR FEES, PERFORMANCE BONDS, LICENSES, LICENSE
APPLICATIONS, AND PERMITS REQUIRED BY THIS TITLE AND MAY
ESTABLISH THE AMOUNT OF THE REQUIRED PERFORMANCE BONDS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
