(II)   ITEMS FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES
WHERE SOLD;

(III)   ITEMS SOLD AS 1 OF 3 OR MORE DIFFERENT
ELEMENTS, EXCLUDING CONDIMENTS, THAT COMPRISE A READY-TO-EAT MEAL
SOLD AS A UNIT FOR CONSUMPTION ELSEWHERE THAN ON THE PREMISES
WHERE SOLD; AND

(IV)  COOKED AND READY-TO-EAT CHICKEN PARTS THAT
ARE PREPARED ON THE PREMISES.

(3) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPH (1)
OF THIS SUBSECTION, A SANDWICH AND SANDWICH LIKE COMMODITY:

(I) SHALL BE SOLD BY WEIGHT; BUT

(II) MAY BE SOLD BY COUNT IF NOT INTENDED FOR
RESALE OR NOT OFFERED OR EXPOSED FOR SALE ON THE PREMISES WHERE
PACKED OR PRODUCED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Nurses - Renewal Fee

FOR the purpose of providing that a renewal fee for a nurse's
license may not exceed a certain amount if the nurse
certifies to the Board of Examiners of Nurses that the nurse
provides professional services only as a volunteer to a
voluntary nonprofit organization; and providing that a
volunteer's license be designated as a volunteer's license.
