any person for tortious conduct arising from the charge. With
respect to subsection (a)(7), the petition may not be filed
earlier than 5 years nor later than 10 years after the pardon was
signed by the Governor.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Examining Engineers

FOR the purpose of specifying certain examination qualifications
for candidates applying for certain stationary engineer's
examinations; providing that a certain amount of education
in a trade or vocational school may be substituted for a
year of practical experience; and changing a reference to a
renumbered section.

BY renumbering

The Public Local Laws of Baltimore City

Section 4-3, 4-5, 4-6, and 4-7, respectively

to be Section 4-4, 4-6, 4-7, and 4-8, respectively
