(Senate Bill 719)

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Compensation of County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of providing that the County Commissioners of
Carroll County are not reimbursed for certain expenses or
compensated in accordance with certain standard statewide
provisions concerning county commissioners; providing that
the County Commissioners of Carroll County shall be
compensated in accordance with certain provisions of the
Public Local Laws of Carroll County; and providing that any
allowance for expenses incurred by the County Commissioners
of Carroll County shall be as provided by the annual county
budget of Carroll County.
