Board shall be prima facie evidence of the matters therein
contained, and shall constitute public records. The original
copy of all records shall be kept at the principal office of said
Board, and said principal office shall be located in Baltimore
City.

(B)  THE BOARD SHALL CHARGE A FEE OF $10 FOR EACH
CERTIFICATION OF THE LICENSING STATUS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF A
LICENSEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
