SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

(K) THE BOARD SHALL CHARGE A FEE OF $10 FOR EACH
CERTIFICATION OF THE LICENSING STATUS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF A
REGISTRANT.

(E) THE BOARD SHALL CHARGE A FEE OF $10 FOR EACH
CERTIFICATION OF THE LICENSING STATUS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF A
LICENSEE.

(E) THE BOARD SHALL CHARGE A FEE OF $10 FOR EACH
CERTIFICATION OF THE LICENSING STATUS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF A
REGISTRANT.

(A) The said Board shall keep a record of its proceedings.
It shall keep a register of applicants for certificates, showing
the name of the applicant, the name and location of his or her
place of occupation or business, and whether the applicant was
