SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

The Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning - Central Collection Unit

FOR the purpose of clarifying that the Central Collection Unit
has authority to enforce provisions of law, contracts,
promissory notes, or other documents allowing it to recover
collection costs, interest penalties, attorney's fees or
other costs over and above the principal debt from debtors
of the State.
