AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Council of
Wicomico County, Maryland, to borrow on the faith and credit of
Wicomico County, Maryland, an amount not exceeding Twelve
Million, Four Hundred and Ninety-nine Thousand, Two Hundred
Dollars ($12,499,200.00) and to evidence such borrowing by the
issue and sale of the general obligation coupon bonds of the
County, the proceeds thereof to be used by the County Council of
Wicomico County, the several County Departments involved in
capital improvements needed by the health, recreation, airport
and public works programs, for the construction of a Courts and
