AN ACT concerning

Burglar and Holdup Alarms

FOR the purpose of clarifying the definition of false alarm,
increasing the number of false alarms from four to eight for
which permit revocation may occur and increasing from two to six
the number of false alarms permissible without reimbursement to
the County of the cost of responding to each false alarm.

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

The One Hundred (100) Year Floodplain

FOR the purpose of modifying the provisions concerning
floodplain areas, so as to incorporate comprehensive watershed
management studies as a means for determining the limits of the
one hundred (100) year floodplain, and to make certain technical
corrections.
