AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Sanitary Landfills and Other Solid Waste
Acceptance Facilities

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the disposal of refuse and
solid waste transported from outside the County at County owned
and/or operated solid waste acceptance facilities and repealing
provisions relating to transportation of refuse from outside the
State.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 21. REUSE.
