AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 11A, title "Condominiums"
of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and
reenacting with amendments subsection 11A-3(c), title
"Exemptions" of Section 11A-3, title "Right of first refusal to
purchase rental facilities", to define exemptions associated with
transfers so that they are consistent with State law; Section
11A-9, title "Budgeted Reserves", to redefine the annual reserve
contributions required of the developer of a condominium; and to
amend Chapter 53A, title "Tenant Displacement" of the Montgomery
County Code 1972, as amended, by repealing and reenacting with
amendments subsection (h) of Section 53A-5, title "Exemptions",
to eliminate internally contradictory language.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 39, Laws of Montgomery
County, 1983, Bill No. 12-83, which amended Section 33-86, title
"Deduction for Child Support", of Chapter 33, title "Personnel",
of the Montgomery County Code, 1972, as amended, which was
codified as Section 33-18 in the 1982 supplement to the
Montgomery County Code.

Effective June 29, 1983.
