necessary repairs, of subdivision streets and roads within a
reasonable time and in the manner necessary for acceptance by the
County; and provided further that the County shall approve the
conditions and the amount of the bond or certificate of guarantee
required as well as permit fee adjustments, provide Executive
rule and regulation authority, and enforcement procedures; and to
provide that pro-rata releases of bonds and certificates of
guarantee may be approved by the Director upon approval of
partial work completed.

Laws of Montgomery County, 1983

An Act authorizing the issuance of bonds of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in the principal amount not exceeding
$8,345,000 upon its full faith and credit for site acquisition
and public buildings and the necessary furnishings and fixed
permanent equipment therefor, prescribing the terms and
conditions, by reference, upon which said bonds shall be issued
and delivered and other incidental details with respect thereto,
and providing for the application of the proceeds of such bonds
and for the levy of unlimited ad valorem taxes for the payment of
the principal and interest thereof.
