COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

ORDINANCE NO. 9-60

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-6, title "Uses Permitted in
any Zone," Section 59A-6.1, title "Transfer of Development for
Agricultural Preservation," Paragraph (g), for the purposes of
eliminating a minimum number of dwelling units to be shown on a
preliminary plan, as a requirement for the transfer of
development rights.

Adopted March 2, 1982.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-61

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-6, title "Uses Permitted in
any Zone," Section 59-A-6.1, title "Transfer of Development for
Agricultural preservation," Paragraph (f), to permit the Planning
Board to waive the two-thirds required number of development
rights for environmental reasons.

Adopted March 2, 1982.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-62

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-Family," Section 59-C-l.32, title "Development Standards,"
for the purpose of adding text to exempt certain lots in the
RE-2, RE-2C, and RE-1 Zones from the application of the standards
of said zones.

Adopted March 16, 1982.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-63

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-Family," Section 59-C-l.3, title "Standard Development," for
the purpose of adding a new section to exempt certain buildings
existing on lots rezoned by Sectional Map Amendment to the RE-2,
RE-2C, or RE-1 Zones from non-conforming use restrictions.

Adopted March 16, 1982.
