AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-G-2, title "Special Exceptions -
Standards and Requirements," Section 59-G-2.31, title "Hospitals"
to provide that hospitals established by special exception shall
have the right, subject to prior Board of Appeals approval, to
impose a monetary charge for off-street parking.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-H-2, title "Map
Amendments—Applications," Subsection 59-H-2.24, title
"Modification of an Application," to clarify that a map amendment
application may not be amended so as to increase the area
proposed to be reclassified.

ORDINANCE NO. 9-58

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-l. title "Residential Zones,
One-Family," Section 59-C-l.3, title "Standard Development,"
Subsection 59-C-l.39, title "Special Regulation RE-1 and RE-2
Zones," for the purposes of including the R-200, R-150, R-90 and
R-60 Zones as appropriate zones to be used as receiving areas for
the transfer of development rights in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance and in conformance with an approved and adopted
General, Master, Sector or Functional Plan; and to amend the
existing language to indicate the appropriate development
standards that would be followed to achieve the increased
density.

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-6, title "Uses Permitted in
any Zone," Section 59-A-6.1, title "Transfer of Development for
Agricultural Preservation," for the purpose of adding site plan
review as a requirement prior to use of transferred development
rights.
