Basic Services Map

FOR the purposes of repealing the Basic Service Sewerage
Map, the Basic Service Water Supply Map and the Basic Service
Transportation Map; and adopting a new Basic Service Sewerage
Map, a new Basic Service Water Supply Map and a new Basic Service
Transportation Map.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to authorize the County Executive to
execute an agreement with the Liquor Control Board of Harford
County, the Commissioners of Aberdeen, the Town of Bel Air, and
the Mayor and the City Council of Havre de Grace (hereinafter
referred to as "municipalities"); to provide for payment of
liability accrued to the Maryland State Retirement System.

Effective Date February 10, 1983.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments,
Subsection (c), heading, Applications and Examinations, and
Subsection (i), heading, Records and Reports, of Section 201A,
heading, Classified Service, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County, Maryland, as amended; to provide for the
elimination of a requirement regarding applications for
employment so the Office of Personnel may operate more
efficiently; and to provide for a change in the reporting
requirements for attendance records.

Effective Date March 11, 1983.
