AN ACT concerning

Damages to Livestock from Attacks by Dogs

FOR the purpose of authorizing payment from the general fund
of the County to any resident who sustains damage to his
livestock as a result of attacks by a dog or dogs; and providing
for a procedure for the filing of a claim, appraisal of the
damage, and payment to the claimant under certain conditions.
