Bill No. 79-83

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
17-612 (d) (vi) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and
Wastewater Charges and Assessments", as amended by Bill No.
52-83; and to repeal in its entirety Section 17-612 (d) (vii) of
said Code; to alter the provision relating to 'when final front
foot assessments for construction of lateral water and wastewater
lines and appurtenances shall be made.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Sections 15A-302 and 15A-313 (d) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 15A,
"Utilities", Subtitle 3, "Water and Wastewater", as added by Bill
No. 53-83; to make certain changes affecting purchase and sale of
water and wastewater services, and connection to public water and
wastewater mains.

AN ORDINANCE to enact and add NEW SECTIONS 1-263 (g) AND
1-264.1; and to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
1-269 (e) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel",
Article V, "Appointed and Elected Officials' Retirement Plan"; to
provide certain new criteria for obtaining credited service
under the Elected and Appointed Officials' Retirement Plan;
PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENTS UNDER THAT PLAN;
AND ALL MATTERS GENERALLY RELATED THERETO.
