Municipal" to amend the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit by
amending Section 722 of Article VII entitled "Purchasing and
Contracts" and to amend Chapter 30, Section 30-722 Purchasing and
Contracts, of the Code of Cecil County which incorporates the
Charter of the Town of Port Deposit as adopted on May 25, 1977,
to include the following amendment:

[Section 722 of the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit,
Cecil County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION of the Council of Port Deposit, adopted pursuant
to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland
and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), 1981 Replacement Volume, Title "Corporations -
Municipal" to amend the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit by
repealing Section 503 of Article V. entitled "Enforcement" and
adding a new Section 503 entitled "Enforcement of Ordinances"
and to amend Chapter 30, Section 30-503 Enforcement, of the Code
of Cecil County which incorporates the Charter of the Town of
Port Deposit as adopted on May 25, 1977, to include the following
amendment:

[Section 503 of the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit,
Cecil County, repealed and added.

QUEENSTOWN

(Queen Anne's County)

Under the provisions of Article 23A Section 13 and by motion

of Mr.__________, seconded by Mr.__________, it was

unanimously resolved that Section 19-26 of the Charter of the
Town of Queenstown be amended by the addition of "cable
television companies" and the amended section is to be titled and
read as follows:

[Section 19-10(26) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen
Anne's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters
of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
