CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1983-2

Repealing and Re-enacting with Amendments Section 56-3.
Wards of the Town Charter of North Brentwood to Provide for
substituting current used street names for certain obsolete
street names referred to in said section, namely Webster Street
for John Street, Rhode Island Avenue for the Washington Railway
and Electric Company, Windom Road for Meadow Street, Allison
Street for Lynn Street, 39th Street for Pine Street, Wallace Road
for Park Avenue and 40th Street for Ivy Street.

[Section 56-3 of the Charter of the Town of North Brentwood,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1983-3

Repealing and Re-enacting with Amendments Section 56-4
(Officers; oath; tenure) of the Town Charter of North Brentwood
to Provide for the deletion of the office of Treasurer from the
elective officers of the town.
