[Section 12a. of the Charter of the City of New Carrollton,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date April 5, 1984]

NORTH BEACH

(Calvert County)

RESOLUTION NO. 1C-83

(Charter Amendment)

WHEREAS, the Town Council for North Beach desires to amend
the Town Charter to reflect actual standard operating procedures
by the Town, and

WHEREAS, the Town Council for North Beach feels that,
because of the inflated costs of construction, the limit on the
amount of expenditures allowable without public bid should be
increased,

[Section 19-722 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert
County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of
Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 1, 1983]

NORTH BRENTWOOD

(Prince George's County)

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1983-1

Repealing and Re-enacting, with Amendments Section 56-2
(Boundaries) of the Town Charter of North Brentwood to Provide
for the substituting of currently used street names for certain
obsolete names referred to in Section 56-2, namely Allison Street
for Lynn Street, 39th Place for Oak Street, Wallace Road for Park
Avenue, Webster Street for John Street, Rhode Island Avenue for
Washington Railway and Electric Company's tracks, 40th Street for
Ivy Street, and 39th Street for Pine Street.
