RESOLUTION NO. 312

A RESOLUTION INTRODUCING

PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF

PROPERTIES SOUTHEAST

OF THE CURRENT TOWN BOUNDARIES

WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Denton have initiated a
proposal to enlarge the corporate boundaries of the Town of
Denton, so as to include an area Southeast of the current town
boundaries; and

WHEREAS, the consents for such proposal have been obtained
by the signatures of not less than twenty-five per centum (25%)
of the persons who reside in the area to be annexed and who are
registered as voters in the county elections and from the owners
of not less than twenty five per centum (25%) of the assessed
valuation of the real property located in the area to be annexed;
