Resolution and Ordinance of the Mayor and Town Council of
Colmar Manor, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E
of the Constitution of Maryland and Sections 12 and 13 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to repeal and reenact
Sections 16-5, entitled "Same; Tenure, Elections, Voters," and
16-8 entitled "Elections", subsection (e) "Date and Hours" to
provide for the establishment of the date of election as the
first Tuesday in May and to correct a conflict in the Town
Charter.
