AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - General Construction Loan of 1984
and the General Construction Loan of 1982
Loans of 1981, 1982 and 1983

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of One Hundred Nineteen Million, One Hundred
Seventy-One Thousand Dollars ($119,171,000) One Hundred

Seventeen Million, Eight Hundred Twenty Three Thousand

Dollars ($117,823,000) One Hundred Seventeen Million One
Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Dollars ($117,193,000), the
proceeds to be used for certain necessary building,
construction, demolition, planning, renovation, conversion,
replacement, and equipment purposes of this State and for
acquiring certain real estate in connection therewith; and
providing generally for the issue and sale of bonds
