(3)  Pay all necessary expenses of the Board in
accordance with the State budget;

(4)  Keep a complete record of its proceedings;

(5)  File reports of its activities, INCLUDING A
FINANCIAL STATEMENT, with the Secretary [as the Secretary
requires] ANNUALLY; [and]

(6)  MAIL COPIES OF THE ANNUAL REPORT TO ALL
REGISTERED ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONERS SANITARIANS;

(7)  PROVIDE EACH REGISTERED ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PRACTITIONER SANITARIAN WITH A COPY OF THE BYLAWS, RULES, AND
REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD; AND

[(6)] (8) Adopt an official seal.

[17-206.] 5.5-206.

(a)  Except for the fees specifically set by this title, the
Board may set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of
certificates and its other services.

(b)  The Board shall pay all funds collected under this
title into the General Fund of this State.

Subtitle 3. Licensing

[17-301.] 5.5-301.

An individual shall be certified as a registered
[sanitarian] ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER SANITARIAN by the
Board before the individual may:

(1)  Use the title "registered [sanitarian]
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER SANITARIAN";

(2)  Use the initials ["R.S."] "R.E.H.P." after
the name of the person; or

(3)  Represent to the public that the individual is a

registered [sanitarian] ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER

SANITARIAN.

[17-302.] 5.5-302.

(a) To qualify for certification as a registered
[sanitarian] ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER SANITARIAN, an
applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of
this section.
