THE BASIS FOR THE SUSPENSION.
(C) A REGULATION OR ANY PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE CONSIDERED
APPROVED AT SUCH TIME AS THE COMMITTEE FAILS TO PROVIDE WRITTEN
NOTICE OF A SUSPENSION OF THAT REGULATION OR PORTION WITHIN ANY
PERIOD PROVIDED THEREFOR IN THIS SECTION.
(E) A REGULATION SUSPENDED UNDER SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS
SECTION SHALL BE CONSIDERED APPROVED AT ANY TIME THE COMMITTEE
FAILS TO PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE SUSPENSION.
(H) (F) IF THE PROMULGATING UNIT WITHDRAWS THE REGULATION,
IT SHALL SO NOTIFY THE COMMITTEE PROMPTLY IN WRITING.
(I)(G) THE COMMITTEE MAY TERMINATE A SUSPENSION AT ANY
TIME BY SO NOTIFYING THE PROMULGATING UNIT AND THE DIVISION OF
STATE DOCUMENTS IN WRITING.
(J) A SUSPENSION SHALL TERMINATE IF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY BY
LAW OR JOINT RESOLUTION SPECIFICALLY WITHDRAWS THE SUSPENSION.
(K) (H) ANY REGULATION OR PORTION OF A REGULATION THAT HAS
BEEN SUSPENDED UNDER SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION SHALL TAKE
EFFECT AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PERIOD OF THE SUSPENSION UNLESS
PRIOR THERETO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY BY LAW HAS SPECIFICALLY
REJECTED THE REGULATION OR ANY PORTION THEREOF.
(L)(I) IF THE GOVERNOR VETOES ANY BILL REJECTING ANY
REGULATION OR PORTION THEREOF, THE REJECTED REGULATION OR PORTION
THEREOF SHALL REMAIN SUSPENDED UNTIL THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A
LEGISLATIVE OVERRIDE OF THE VETO HAS ELAPSED.
10-111.2.
(A) IF THE AELR COMMITTEE DETERMINES, AFTER THE PUBLICATION
OF AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADOPTION OF A REGULATION BY A UNIT, THAT AN
ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF REVIEW IS REQUIRED, IT MAY DELAY THE
ADOPTION OF THE REGULATION OR ANY PORTION OF THE REGULATION FOR
AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF UP TO 45 DAYS.
(B) WHEN DELAYING ADOPTION OF A REGULATION OR A PORTION OF
A REGULATION UNDER THIS SECTION, THE COMMITTEE SHALL NOTIFY THE
PROMULGATING UNIT AND THE DIVISION OF STATE DOCUMENTS IN WRITING.

(a) (2) To have a proposed regulation published in the
register, a unit shall submit to the administrator:
(i) [2] 3 certified copies of the proposed
regulation; and
(ii) A notice of the proposed adoption.
