AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Board of License

Commissioners Members and Attorney

PG 304-84

FOR the purpose of altering the annual salaries of the chairman,
commissioners, administrator, and attorney of the Prince
George's County Board of License Commissioners; altering the
number of full-time and part-time alcoholic beverages
inspectors for Prince George's County; correcting a certain
error; and providing for the application of this Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

155.

(q) In Prince George's County each of the members of the
board, except the chairman, shall receive an annual salary of
[$10,000] $12,000 and the chairman shall receive an annual salary
of [$11,000] $13,000. The board shall meet at least two times per
month. The administrator of the board shall be appointed by and
serve at the will of the board and shall devote full time and
attention to the duties of the board. The administrator may
receive an annual salary of $24,345 $26,535 as determined by the
board of license commissioners after a performance evaluation.
The attorney for the board shall be appointed by, and serve at
the will of, the board and receive an annual salary of [$10,000]
$11,000 and the County Council shall pay all court costs and
expenses incurred therein by the attorney to the board. The
