SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 7-201(k), (1), (m), (n), (o), (p), (q),
and (r), respectively, of Article - Health - Environmental of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s)
7-201(1), (m), (o), (p), (q), (r), (t), and (v), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

7-201.

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings
indicated.

(K) "FEDERAL ACT" MEANS THE COMPREHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL
RESPONSE, COMPENSATION, AND LIABILITY ACT OF 1980.

(N) "INCINERATION" MEANS THERMAL TREATMENT OR DECOMPOSITION
OF A WASTE HEAT.
