AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Bicycles - Wearing of Headphones
Headsets and Earplugs

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from operating a bicycle
while wearing an earphone attached to a radio, tape player,
or other audio device a headset over, or earplugs in, both
ears; and providing certain exceptions to this prohibition.
