AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Board of Education Salaries

PG 405-84

FOR the purpose of requiring the County Executive of Prince
George's County to appoint a Board of Education Compensation

Commission; providing for the terms; membership,

compensation, and duties of the Commission; permitting the
County Executive to act on the recommendations of the

Commission in a certain manner; providing for the

implementation of the Commission's recommendations if the
County Executive does not act in a certain time period;
prohibiting the salaries of the chairman and members of the
Board of Education from being below a certain amount,
repealing certain statutory salary amounts; and generally
relating to the establishment of a Board of Education
