(d) (1) A person who does not possess a license to catch
crabs may not catch more than [one bushel] 2 BUSHELS of crabs
on any day ON EACH BOAT OR MORE THAN 2 BUSHELS PER BOAT PER DAY.
(2) A PERSON WHO POSSESSSES A LICENSE TO CATCH CRABS
FOR NONCOMMERCIAL PURPOSES UNDER THIS SECTION MAY NOT CATCH MORE
THAT 2 BUSHELS PER LICENSEE ON ANY DAY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Delmarva Advisory Council
FOR the purpose of providing for the joint establishment by
legislative action of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia of
the Delmarva Advisory Council, originally sanctioned by the
Governors of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia in 1964;
providing for the service area of the Council; providing for
the membership, officers, compensations, staff, and meetings
of the Council; providing for the functions, powers, duties,
responsibilities, and funding of the Council; generally
relating to the Delmarva Advisory Council; providing that
the provisions of this Act are severable; and making the
effective date of this Act contingent on the occurrence of
certain events.

Preamble
WHEREAS, The Delmarva Advisory Council was organized in 1964
under and by virtue of the efforts of Governor Elbert N. Carvel
of Delaware, Governor J. Millard Tawes of Maryland, and Governor
Albertis S. Harrison of Virginia; and
