approved under the provisions of this section. Mortgage loans so
financed IN PART must be insured in part by the Federal Housing
Administration, the Maryland Housing Fund, or a private mortgage
insurer which is approved by the Federal National Mortgage
Association or the Federal National Mortgage Loan Corporation and
which is authorized to do business in the State of Maryland, or
by any combination of such insurers.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Dorchester County - County Commissioner Elections
FOR the purpose of altering the composition of the residence
districts from which members of the Dorchester County Board
of County Commissioners are elected; and altering the number
of Commissioners elected from the respective districts.
providing for a certain plan that includes guidelines for
the establishment of County Commissioner Districts after a
certain date; providing that this Act may not affect the
Dorchester County Commissioners in office at the time of a
change of boundary lines or districts; providing for a
certain scheduling of the provisions of this Act; and
generally relating to County Commissioner Districts in
Dorchester County; and submitting this Act for the approval
of the qualified voters of Dorchester County.
