AN ACT concerning

Condominiums - Rulemaking Procedures

FOR the purpose of repealing rulemaking procedures for
condominiums; establishing new rulemaking procedures for
condominiums; providing for notice, comment, voting, and
appeal procedures; providing that rules adopted before a
certain date shall be unaffected by this Act; providing that
rules may not be adopted if they conflict with the
condominium declaration or bylaws; providing that the
condominium declaration, plat, and bylaws shall control
over rules; and generally relating to condominiums
rulemaking procedures.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 11-111 of Article - Real Property, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
