UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION. All such revenues and
license fees paid over to the Comptroller of the Treasury shall
be allocated and credited to the general funds of the State
alone.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect January 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Economic and Community Development
Advisory Commission

FOR the purpose of establishing the Department of Economic and
Community Development Advisory Commission; providing the
duties of the Commission; providing for the appointment and
terms of members of the Commission; providing that certain
individuals who are members of the Advisory Commission as of
a certain date shall serve the remainder of their terms as
the initial members of the Advisory Commission; and
generally relating to the Department of Economic and
Community Development Advisory Commission.
