added to this program by budget
amendment from increased federal
fund indirect cost recovery
attainment resulting from fiscal
year 1984 and fiscal year 1985

It is the intent of the General
Assembly that any excess federal
funds, other than funds for
vocational rehabilitation, that
are received during fiscal year
1985, shall first be applied to

the indirect costs of

administering the federal fund
programs unless such action is

specifically prohibited by

federal law or regulation until
the federal funds made available

for indirect costs total

$3,403,070. Provided that if the

Governor determines it is

imperative for the excess federal
funds to be expended otherwise
and not used to fund the indirect

costs of administering the

federal fund programs, the

Governor shall submit this

request to the Budget Committees

and the Legislative Policy

Committee for approval or

disapproval.
