Special Fund Appropriation.........

Authorization is hereby granted to
use receipts from motor vehicle
accident recovery as special
funds for operating expenses
under this program, regardless of
the Fiscal Year in which the loss
may have occurred. Such special
fund receipts may be made
available only by approved budget
amendment.

Funds appropriated to the
Department of Transportation
Office of the Secretary, will be
used to support 50 percent of the
Maryland Automated Accident
Reporting System. Authorization
is hereby granted to use such
payments as special funds for
operating expenses under this
program.
