recovery shall not include items
of expense given free of charge
to local police departments of
the State; such indirect costs
recovered shall be utilized as
special funds for operating
expenses under this program.
Funds appropriated to the
Department of Transportation
Maryland Transportation Authority
to support highway safety will be
used to defray the cost of
Maryland State Police patrolling
John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway.
Authorization is hereby granted
to use such payments from the
Department of Transportation as
special funds for operating
expenses under this program.

contractual basis enforcement of
laws relating to Road Tax.
Authorization is hereby granted
to use such payments as special

Department of Transportation to
support security enforcement will
be used to defray the cost of
Maryland State Police services at
the                    Baltimore-Washington

International Airport and the
Maryland Port Administration
Facilities. Authorization is
hereby granted to use such
payments from the Department of
Transportation as special funds
for operating expenses under this
program.
