(3) NOTIFY THE EMPLOYEES' REASSIGNMENT CENTER OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND
TRAINING OF ANY EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTED.
(D) THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PERSONNEL
SHALL:
(1) DEVELOP A LIST OF STATE CLASSIFICATIONS WITH
THEIR COMPARABLE CLASSIFICATIONS, IF ANY; AND
(2) PROVIDE A PROGRAM OF RETRAINING TO ENABLE STATE
EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTED TO QUALIFY FOR COMPARABLE
STATE CLASSIFICATIONS; AND
(2) WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING, MAKE EFFORTS TO RELOCATE THE AFFECTED
STATE EMPLOYEES TO VACANT STATE POSITIONS.
(3) DEVELOP A PROGRAM OF RETRAINING TO ASSIST
EMPLOYEES WHO ARE AFFECTED BY DEINSTITUTIONALIZATION TO SECURE
POSITIONS WITH THE COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCIES OR OTHER FACILITIES
TO WHICH THE FORMER PATIENTS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED.
(E) THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SHALL DEVELOP
A PROGRAM TO ASSIST ADVERSELY AFFECTED STATE EMPLOYEES BY
PROVIDING RETRAINING AND OTHER APPROPRIATE EMPLOYMENT AND
TRAINING SERVICES.
(E) (F) THE SECRETARY OF PERSONNEL AND THE SECRETARY OF
EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SHALL ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS TO
IMPLEMENT THIS SECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

FOR the purpose of providing that all revenue collected annually
and deposited in the Motorcycle Safety Program Account of
