AN ACT concerning
Real Property - Condominiums
FOR the purpose of prohibiting the establishment of a residential
condominium on land which is subject to a ground lease;
providing that under certain circumstances the public
offering statement shall contain a statement of repairs
which the vendor intends to make and other documents and
materials required by certain provisions of law; providing
that a certain section applied to the sale of any unit for
sale in Maryland, without regard to the location of the
condominium; providing that the developer shall deliver to
certain tenants a copy of the public offering statement
which is registered with the Secretary of State; providing
that an owner may not grant a rental facility to a person on
terms and conditions more favorable than those offered to a
county, incorporated municipality or housing agency under
certain circumstances; making certain technical and
clarifying changes; and generally relating to condominiums.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
