certain penalties for certain gaming law violations in
Baltimore County; repealing the limitation on the number of
certain gaming activities which an organization may conduct
in Baltimore County; clarifying the provisions of Article 27
of the Code that regulate bingo and instant bingo in
Baltimore County; clarifying language and rearranging the
listing of counties; renumbering; and generally relating to
certain gaming activities.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 255(b) and (c), respectively, of
Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments of the Annotated Code of
Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 255(c) and (d),
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

(m) (1) For purposes of this section, the term "bingo"
[includes] DOES NOT INCLUDE the game of instant bingo.

(2) IN BALTIMORE COUNTY, THE GAME OF INSTANT BINGO IS
GOVERNED BY THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 255 OF THIS ARTICLE.
