sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds as
and when due and until paid in full, such principal to be
discharged within fifteen years of the date of issue of the
bonds.
(5) Prior to the payment of any funds under the provisions
of this Act for the purposes set forth in Section 1(3) above, the
University of Maryland Board of Regents shall obtain program
approval no later than June 1, 1985 from the Department of State
Planning, the Department of General Services, and the State Board
for Higher Education.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene Hospitals, Related Institutions, and Certain Clinics -
Veteran Health Identification
FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene to include certain information about veterans on the
records of certain hospitals and other clinical or medical
institutions for certain purposes; and generally relating to
identifying the medical related health problems of veterans
of the United States armed forces.
FOR the purpose of requiring certain hospitals, related
institutions, and mental health outpatient clinics to record
on the medical record at certain times whether a patient was
a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and certain other
information.
