Section 8A-1101(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Real Property

8A-1101.

(b) A park owner shall deliver to the resident BY CERTIFIED
MAIL, REGULAR MAIL, OR PERSONAL DELIVERY a written notice of the
violation at least 30 days before the date [he] THE RESIDENT is
required to vacate the premises. The notice shall be
specifically addressed to the resident in question and shall
provide a specific reason for the eviction.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
