SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Estates and Trusts

[2-109.

Except as provided in Article 10, § 30 of the Code, a judge
of the court shall not act as attorney or solicitor in a law,
equity, or criminal court during his term of office. This section
does not apply in Harford or Montgomery counties.]
