(II)   IF THE HOSPITAL OR RELATED INSTITUTION
TAKES ANY DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST A SALARIED, LICENSED
PHYSICIAN WITHOUT STAFF PRIVILEGES, INCLUDING TERMINATION OF
EMPLOYMENT, SUSPENSION, OR PROBATION, FOR REASONS THAT MIGHT BE
GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION UNDER § 14-504 OF THIS SUBTITLE;

(III)   IF THE HOSPITAL OR RELATED INSTITUTION
TAKES ANY DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST A MEDICAL STUDENT OR AN
INDIVIDUAL IN A POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL TRAINING PROGRAM, INCLUDING
REMOVAL FROM THE TRAINING PROGRAM, SUSPENSION, OR PROBATION FOR
REASONS THAT MIGHT BE GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION UNDER §
14-504 OF THIS SUBTITLE; OR

[(ii)] (IV) If a physician, MEDICAL STUDENT, OR
AN INDIVIDUAL IN A POSTGRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM voluntarily
resigns from the staff, EMPLOY, OR TRAINING PROGRAM of the
hospital or related institution while under a formal accusation
under § 14-504 of this subtitle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Wicomico County Jail Loan of 1982

FOR the purpose of altering the amount authorized under Chapter
640 of the Acts of 1982 for the construction and equipment
of the Wicomico County Jail; and providing generally for the
issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
