HAS BEEN PERFORMED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER EXPERIENCED IN THE
AREA OF BRIDGE DESIGN AND SHALL INCLUDE THE ENGINEER'S NAME,
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER'S LICENSE NUMBER, THE DATE THE COMPUTATIONS
WERE PERFORMED, AND THE DATE OF THE LAST INSPECTION ON WHICH THE
COMPUTATIONS WERE BASED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Election Day

FOR the purpose of permitting a holder of any class of alcoholic
beverages license in Baltimore City to exercise all of the
privileges of that license on an election day.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(b) In the enumerated subdivisions below the holder of any
license issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all of the privileges conferred by that license on
the day of any election in that subdivision.
