2. Nonresident.......................$100

(ii) To catch for sale finfish and eels with
equipment that is lawful under Subtitle 7:

1.  Nets, seines, trawls, and pots used in
ocean but including not more than 200 yards of gill nets.....$100

2.  Nets and seines used in bays but
including not more than 200 yards of gill nets...............$100

3.   Pots and fykes used in bays, except
there shall be no fee for up to 50 pots used, by a licensee who
is authorized to catch crabs pursuant to this section, to catch
eels for personal use as crab trotline bait...................$50

4.   Hook and line, anywhere............$50

5.   More than 200 yards of gill nets and
all equipment in 1. through 4. above.........................$250

(iii) To catch finfish for personal consumption
with a restricted gill net pursuant to § 4-709............... $25

(iv) To catch for sale crabs with equipment
that is lawful under Subtitle 8:

1.   Up to 50 pots, trotlines, nets, dip
nets, traps, pounds, and scrapes..............................$50

2.  More than 50 pots.................$150

3.  All equipment in 1. and 2. above..$175

(v) To catch crabs for noncommercial purposes
pursuant to § 4-804(c):

1. Resident............................$5

2 . Nonresident........................$20

(vi) To catch for sale conch and terrapin with
equipment that is lawful under Subtitle 9.....................$20

(vii) To catch for sale oysters, soft-shell
clams, and hard-shell clams with equipment that is lawful under
Subtitle 10:

1.   Soft-shell clams and hard-shell clams
utilizing hydraulic dredge...................................$100

2.  Oysters by diving, tonging, or
handscraping in authorized areas..............................$50
