be sentenced to a sentence to run consecutive to the sentence
under which the inmate is serving at the time of the commission
of the offense.
(b) The provisions of subsection (a) of this statute also
apply to any inmate of the Baltimore City jail or of any jails of
the various counties of this State, or any other place of
detention, including all persons being held for bail hearings,
arraignments, and for trial. As to all detained persons who have
not been tried, convicted, and sentenced as of the time of the
commission of the offense or offenses provided in subsection (a)
of this section, any sentence eventually imposed for the offense
for which that person was being held for bail, arraignment, or
trial shall be served consecutively to the sentence imposed under
this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Infectious Wastes - Disposal in Landfills
FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from disposing the
disposal of infectious waste in landfill systems; defining
certain terms; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene to monitor and enforce the provisions of this Act;
and providing certain penalties for violation of this Act.
